Wood fired pieces are truly one of a kind, fired in a kiln fed with wood constantly throughout the 30+ hour process. Many wood burning kiln fire for days or a week at a time, and the wood ash that collects on the pots creates unpredictable glaze results, making each piece unique and impossible to replicate.
